Benchmark is a gym log. You pay once and the app is yours to use — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. The price is whatever was shown when you bought it; it does not change afterwards, in either direction.
Before you pay, you get a month free. The month starts the first time you log a session, not when you sign up. When it ends, you can still read everything you logged, see every chart and export the lot — you just cannot add new sessions until you buy the app.
It means the lifetime of the product, not of you. If Benchmark ever shuts down, you will be told by email at least 30 days beforehand and the export will keep working for the whole of that time. Your training is yours; it is not held hostage to this app continuing to exist.
One account per person. Do not try to break into other people's accounts, and do not use the app to store anything illegal. Share links are read-only and public to anyone holding them — treat the link itself as the secret, and revoke it if you are unsure who has it.
Benchmark is a log, not a coach, a physiotherapist or a doctor. It records what you tell it and draws charts from that. Nothing in it is medical, dietary or training advice, and you lift at your own risk.
The app is provided as it is. It runs on Cloudflare and will occasionally be unavailable. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
You can delete your account from the app at any time. Share links stop working straight away; everything else is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then destroyed. See Refunds for money back.
We can close an account that is being used to attack the service or other users. If we do, you get your money back and an export of your data.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Benchmark is run by a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact: support@gymbenchmark.com.
